Architect
DUTIES:
Report to Senior and handle the assigned duties for alternation and additions, fitting-out and renovation projects, statutory submission, project management, material selection, and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies / Building Surveying
- Minimum 2 years working experience, especially experience for commercial premises including shopping mall, retail, banking office projects and etc.
- Having relevant experience in handling submission drawings, project management and works supervision with good knowledge of regulation to be preferred
- Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop and computer skill for business operation is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)
- Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized
- Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Assistant Architect
